Medical Assistant – Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation Facility (Per Diem / All Shifts)

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Medical Assistant to join our team at a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility. This is a Per Diem position — candidates must be flexible and available to work any shift (AM, PM, or NOC), including last-minute on-call coverage.
Shifts Available:
Morning: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Evening: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Graveyard: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Job Duties Include:
Assisting patients with medication administration and documentation
Supporting patients with daily living and house duties
Performing patient intakes and assessments
Completing observation and progress notes accurately and on time
Helping maintain a clean and organized facility environment
Working closely with nursing and counseling staff to ensure quality patient care
Requirements:
Medical Assistant certification (or equivalent experience in healthcare/rehab setting)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and flexibility with scheduling
Compassionate and professional demeanor when working with patients in recovery
