$20-30 per hour depending on experience.
Position:
Responsible for communicating with new patients
Comfortable presenting financials, insurance coverage, and options for payment to the new patients.
Responsible for on-going communication with patients and parents during and after treatment.
Monitors the recall system and communicates with referring offices.
Participation in social media/marketing events
Requirements:
TC must have an excellent attitude, attention to detail, be able to pivot, and be a team player
Familiar with orthodontic treatment planning.
Familiar with insurance, electronic billing, and billing knowledge.
Must have dental and orthodontic TC experience.
Spanish-speaking required
