Job Description
Managing all patient communication intake (phone, email, text)
Collect balance for services rendered
Recare call to fill doctor and hygiene schedules, booking them to their daily goals
Appointment confirmation calls, texts, emails
Obtain new patient paperwork and maintain currency/accuracy of existing patient paperwork
Obtain and input dental insurance policy information into PMS
Assist in marketing/networking efforts
Track and report on all new patients and lost patients
Job Requirements
2 years dental office experience
High computer literacy (Microsoft and Dentrix experience preferred)
Always maintain professionalism (tone of voice, body language, facial expressions, etc.)
