Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced part-time Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of our clients' homes. You will work on a per diem basis with flexible scheduling options that suit your availability.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Provide skilled physical therapy services, including exercises, manual therapy, and patient education.
Educate patients and their families on physical therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
Coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Document patient care and progress accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in home health or a related field.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes in Culver City and surrounding areas.
