We are looking for an RDA who has experience in working at private aesthetically oriented dental practice, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to manage daily patient care and all responsibilities of back office independently with efficiency and quality. Our practice is highly supportive of personal and professional growth. You will be genuinely cared for, supported and encouraged to grow and succeed.
The following skills are a MUST:
-proficient knowledge of Dentrix Software
- high quality diagnostic X rays on Dexis
- high quality alginate and PVS impressions
- high quality dental models
- knowledge of Invisalign and aesthetic dentistry
- great communication skills
- desire to train for front office duties and some knowledge of basic front office responsibilities
- dental supplies ordering
- efficiency in completing duties
- attention to detail
-reliability
