North County/Vista - Registered Dental Hygienist - Full/Part time position available
We are seeking a self-motivated, goal-oriented team player to provide high quality concierge patient care. Superior customer service, communication, and technical skill are required for this position. You must be fully versed in comprehensive periodontal care for children, adults, and seniors for this position.
We practice Complete Health Dentistry that focuses on the relationship of Oral Health to overall health. Our practice offers comprehensive dental care in a fee for service environment. Our team focuses equally on exceptional customer service and delivering the highest quality care.
Job Description
Perform hourly preventative and non-surgical Periodontal care appointments
Maintain the practice standard of care
Make sure each patient has an opportunity for the highest level of soft and hard tissue care
Primary Patient Educator
Maintain customized patient recare plans
Reactivate patients from existing continuing care system when not seeing patients
Assist in administrative and instrument sterilization duties
Job Requirements
California RDH License
3+ years practicing Dental Hygiene
Experience in a periodontal practice a huge plus
High computer literacy (electronic charting only)
Dentrix experience
Laser Training/Experience (Laser Bacterial Reduction)
Available Monday-Thursday 7am - 5 pm
Ability to communicate the difference between D1110, D4341, D4355, D4910 to patients
Ability to promote adjunctive services that advance oral hygiene
