Offering an opportunity to live on our amazing ranch showered in Oak trees. Gated and very private. Positions available for either a couple or single reliable person that can help on the ranch in exchange for living quarters Electric, water and possible internet. Large 5th wheel trailer with a large pop out Queen size bed, Full bath, living room and kitchen will be available for housing. Great views and located privately on the upper part of our property.
The biggest part of the job is I am a yorkie breeder and will need someone who loves dogs and has experience around dogs. Vet techs welcome to apply. Responsibilities will include Cleaning cages, water/food, help with medications, washing/grooming. Looking for someone that has experience with breeding dogs to assist in the process. This could include but not limited to assisting with whelping, caring for puppies, vaccinations, etc. Money can be also be made with assistance on computer with dog advertising and sales.
A few additional responsibilities will include helping with some light ranch chores and feeding/watering Alpaca's, 3 big dogs pigeon/chickens and horses. The horses will need some grooming a couple times a week. We can also discuss the possibility of working and riding them based on your experience. Perferrably someone who has horse experience and is handy around the yard and grounds would be great. Construction knowledge is always a plus but the primary job will be helping with the dogs.
You must have some type of supplemental income for food etc. A back ground check will be done. No illegal drugs or drinking will be tolerated. Must be "Trustworthy" and very "Reliable" with refrences. Google where Ranchita is located to get familiar with location. Julian is about 20 minutes away and Warner springs 10 minutes. Ramona and Temecula 45 minutes away. We are near the Pacific Crest trail that goes from Canada to Mexico. Great hiking!
