Seeking experienced apartment maintenance technician for a 125-unit complex in Chula Vista
The ideal candidate will have:
-experience in painting, electricity, plumbing, carpentry and/or cleaning (training provided, keep an open mind!)
-reliable transportation (not required, but PUNCTUALITY is a must)
-your own tools are a BIG plus because they prove you know how to use them. That said, we do have a fully stocked shop on site so you don't need to bring your own tools every day but you do need to know the names of common tools and be able to treat them as if they were your own.
