Responsibilities:
> Prepare apartments for new residents by performing light repairs, painting, cleaning, and maintenance.
> Inspect and ensure apartments meet quality standards before move-in.
> Complete minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work as needed.
> Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure quick and efficient turnarounds.
Requirements:
> Previous experience in apartment or property maintenance preferred.
> Knowledge of basic repair, painting, and cleaning techniques.
> Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
