Apartment Make Ready Technician – Some Experience Needed
Locations: Central San Diego, East County, and North County
Schedule: Full Time
Pay: $22 – $30 per hour (depending on experience)
We’re hiring a Make Ready / Turn Tech for apartment turns. Must have basic experience with painting, drywall repair, changing fixtures, and minor repairs.
Requirements:
- Painting & drywall patching
- Changing fixtures (lights, faucets, hardware)
- Basic handyman repair skills
- Reliable transportation
- Good attitude and willingness to work
