Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility - 15 units. This is a live on site part time position of approximately 8-10 hours a week. Compensation is $20 a hour and goes toward rent for the Assistant Manager Unit (single occupancy only). A senior or someone with a part time job could easily perform this position.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of the site.
Skills:
- Experience with daily property inspections
- Experience with basic general maintenance procedures
- Experience with giving property tours to prospective tenants
- Experience being property point of contact for vendors and emergencies
- Experience with grounds maintenance; we are on a drip irrigation system. Someone with basic tree and yard care experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
