Now Hiring:
Ranch Hand / Trail Guide – Starting at $18/hr
Care for horses, and help with daily ranch work (Mucking and Feeding) . Must have solid horsemanship skills and experience working with horses. days needed are Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri.
Part-Time Lesson Assistant – Starting at $18/hr
Assist our instructors during lessons, help prepare horses, and work with students in a safe, encouraging environment. Must have basic horsemanship knowledge and enjoy working with both kids and adults. Experience with Natural Horsemanship is a plus.
Events Management / Facility Liaison – Part-time, onsite 3 days a week
Position Overview:
We’re looking for someone to take the lead in managing and selling our venue for events. This role involves working directly with clients and vendors from start to finish — handling all event communications, bookings, and coordination for parties, weddings, and special gatherings.
Responsibilities include responding to event inquiries, giving facility tours, coordinating event details, and promoting the ranch as a destination for private parties and community events.
Compensation: To be discussed.
Requirements: Must have experience in party and event management.
