Open Positions
Civil Construction Laborer I (Entry-Level, 0–2,000 hours) – $22–$26/hr
Civil Construction Laborer II (2,000–4,000 hours) – $27–$32/hr
Growth opportunities include:
Concrete Carpenter/Forming Finisher – $35–$50/hr
Civil Foreman/Leadman – $35–$45/hr
Civil Superintendent – $45–$55/hr
What You’ll Do
Dig trenches, pull wire, and install underground conduit
Assist with concrete forms and pours
Operate shovels and skid steers to move materials
Build EV charging pad foundations
Follow plans, maintain safety standards, and travel as needed
What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
Willingness to travel (lodging & per diem provided)
Ability to lift 70 lbs and perform physical work
Must pass background check & drug/alcohol screening
