Cleaner Wanted:
Low part-time hours
Position:
Primary duty is to provide weekly and periodic light duty household cleaning services for downtown residential furnished co-living apartments.
Our temporary housing company is looking for the services of a low part-time hours cleaner who can self-manage. Also, must be a self -starter who can work according to an on demand varied move-out/in turnover schedule under their own guidance. Additionally, in a timely manner carry out related side duties which need to be performed per management requirements. Such as; laundry, track inventory, place supply orders, theme cleaning.
Experience Required:
- Experience and familiarity with cleaning products and techniques
- Tech - experience with using mobile texting, using a computer with Google Drive cloud
- Experience with online shopping, placing orders

Commitment:
- 5 hrs per week on average. Plus, random bedroom turnover makeready cleanings per month with advance notice to plan. A few a month on average.
- We are looking for a 1 year minimum, or longer commitment.
- Flextime. Work according to your own target schedule of days and times.
- Occasional meet ups with management, if/as needed
- Two week pay periods, 1099 independent contractor or company
