Shore Management Inc., is looking for reliable, honest and detail-oriented part-time and full-time individuals with experience in cleaning vacation rentals, vacant homes, commercial properties. Responsible for cleaning in an efficient and timely fashion and maintaining common areas of properties. Must be self-motivated and stay busy while unsupervised. Must have clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
Daily tasks Include:
▪ Perform Deep-cleaning of vacant apartments & homes, vacation rentals, commercial properties.
⁃ Clean windows and window tracks
⁃ Thoroughly clean all types of flooring
⁃ Clean appliances
⁃ Clean fan blades
⁃ Must be able to operate a pressure washer and sweep/clean garages.
⁃ Dust around door jambs and panels
⁃ Clean cabinets inside & out
⁃ Clean behind and under stove and fridge
▪ Cleaning and maintaining of balconies, stairwells, patio areas, common areas, laundry rooms.
▪ Cleaning company office on a weekly basis.
▪ Cleaning, folding, restocking of linens; as well as, general turnover service for 'vacation rentals'.
▪ Communicate with supervisor regarding any extra cleaning or maintenance required.
▪ Must be able to remove graffiti from walls and trash enclosures.
Must have proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Valid CA Driver's license, Social Security card, or Permanent Resident Card) and be able to complete an I-9 form. Must have a clean driving record and be able to operate a company vehicle. Must be able to read, write and communicate and follow instructions in English.
Must be available to work seven days a week, and on average 40-hours a week. Pay rate is $22.00 per hour. 50% contribution for Health/Dental/Vision/AD&D,/Life benefits (after 60 days). 401(k) eligible for full-time work after 1-year.
