We specialize in leveling and preparing various landscapes for construction or home-site construction. Working with adequate amounts of water, and adding or removing dirt, as well as operating heavy duty machinery and some manual labor to always ensure satisfied clients.
Looking for individuals with a strong desire to learn the skills of the trade as well as ambition to work hard, take self-initiative to problem solve alongside completing tasks independently and in a timely manner. Must be able to attentively listen and be willing to follow directions and adapt accordingly.
Employees must have a car and reliable transportation to be able to make it to work on time 5 days a week. Jobs range all over San Diego County and employees are responsible for getting themselves to job sites every morning. Looking for individuals to work a 40 hour work week from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Individuals should be able to lift 50+ lbs and be ready to work outside in any weather conditions.
