Seeking a full-time Safety Coordinator / Construction Laborer to join our team.
Responsibilities include performing physical tasks, assisting skilled workers, and maintaining a safe work environment for a General Contractor in the Sorrento Valley area. No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Starting at $24.00/per hour, with the potential for a higher starting rate based on prior construction experience

Responsibilities:
Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, moving materials, job site housekeeping
Assist skilled workers as needed
Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided)
Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
Ability to lift and perform physical tasks
Willingness to work in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from job sites (light travel required)
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
Previous experience in a labor position is a plus but not required
