Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Entry-Level Painters to join our maintenance team at our apartment complexes in SD County. The ideal candidate will assist with painting apartments and common areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes before painting
Apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
Ensure a clean and professional paint job in both vacant and occupied units
Maintain a clean workspace and follow safety guidelines
Assist with minor repairs as needed
Requirements:
Must have basic painting tools (brushes, rollers, trays, etc.)
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Previous painting experience is a plus but not required
