Job Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented and self-motivated Independent Contractor Cleaners to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients. This role requires individuals who can work independently, manage their own schedules, and maintain a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, sinks, toilets, and showers.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to company standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the client or company management.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products and equipment responsibly.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
- Manage your schedule to meet the needs of clients and complete jobs within specified time frames.
- Handle client requests and feedback professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various job sites.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an independent contractor.
- Certification in cleaning techniques or related areas.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
