Exterior finish carpenter:
Job duties include but not limited to: Siding, House wrap, Framing, Facia, Soffits, etc (Also, opportunities in the future for interior finish carpentry ex. remodels etc)

Looking for someone reliable and hard working with some experience but also willing to learn and adapt, must be teachable and catch on quick, must be able to show up on time and see jobs through, I will be starting next week on some spec homes and doing trial runs with the best candidates for the job, if you perform and show up on time, have a good attitude and want to hustle there's good money to be made. As of right now this can be full time or job-job I am flexible, this will not be a 40 hr. a week 9-5 off the bat, we will start job to job and if you can hold your own then we can discuss going full time.
Must be able to show up when job starts and every day until job is done, there may be down days in-between jobs, if you’re a reliable worker and need more hours I can offer smaller jobs during these days in-between, won’t be much down time maybe a day or two here or there, or if that sounds like something you like, working hard finish a job, getting paid and get a small break and then back at it, that's fine too.
NO HARD DRUGS, drinking and smoking only after hours/weekends never on the jobsite, must have a level head, common sense, transportation, basic tools, and desire to learn and earn. If you get in with me now and show up and do good work and don't cause problems there is opportunities down the line for you to grow with the company, eventually project manager roles etc THIS IS A NO BS offer for serious individuals with skills that are grounded and want to work hard play hard. If you have a criminal record, it will not disqualify you, just do not lie to me tell me what happened, and we will go from there. Hard drugs are grounds for immediate termination do not bother even applying YOU WILL BE CAUGHT! Do not make it a habit. Must be physically capable, this is hard work don't get me wrong, but the pay is good, and the people are solid guys. As mentioned, put some time in and there is plenty of room to grow and climb the ranks. 15. Finally, are you serious? This is the most important, please don't waste my time, as I said before if you’re looking to just show up and get your hours and slack around this is not the job for you.
