Full-Time Seasonal Christmas Light Installer
Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal (November 1 - December 20)
Location: North County San Diego
Pay: $20/hour, ramping up to $25/hour after two weeks if the following criteria is met; Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality by arriving on time for all shifts, with no unexcused absences or tardiness. The quality of your work must meet high standards. Follow all safety guidelines without any incidents or violations. Additionally, you must work effectively with the team.
Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our Christmas light installation team for the holiday season. This is a mostly full-time seasonal position running from November 1 to December 20 We also have room for part time work but you will not be given shift priority over full time employees. If you love working outdoors and want to help spread holiday cheer by creating stunning light displays, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Install Christmas lights and decorations on residential and commercial properties (rooftops, trees, outdoor spaces)
Safely set up, secure, and remove lights and other decorations
Work efficiently with a team to ensure high-quality installations
Provide friendly customer service and represent the company professionally on-site
Assist with troubleshooting or repairs on installations if needed
Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
Requirements:
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to safely work on ladders and rooftops
Must be physically fit and agile
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including some weekends
No experience required, but previous experience in light installation or general labor is a plus
Must have transportation to and from job sites
Available to work full-time from November 1 to December 20
