We are family owned and operated, and take care of our employees. We have multiple businesses that we are hiring for; Construction, Lighting, Gutters and more.
Each position has different requirements, but all positions require that candidates are able to lift 50+ pounds, not afraid of heights (roofs, ladders, lifts, etc.), and have no pre-existing injuries that would cause them to have limitations to tasks/duties.
All candidates MUST be punctual (which means showing up before the start time, and ready to work at the start time), MUST be dependable, ready to jump in wherever needed, detail oriented, a team player, a hard worker who doesn't need to be micromanaged, and honesty is key!
You MUST have a Clean and Valid Driver's License, a reliable car, be able to pass a background check upon request, as well as possible drug and alcohol screens. Must have a valid bank account and be approved for direct deposit (we will NOT pay cash, and pay is every other Friday).
This is typically a Monday- Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays (depending on the season). Pay is based on performance. (There is base pay $20-$25 per hour, as well as bonuses which will depend on how hard you work).
