We are seeking a skilled Packaging Operator to join our team. The Packaging Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging equipment to ensure the efficient packaging of products.
Schedule: First, Second and Third Shift Available
Duties
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Follow and ensure compliance to quality system and cGMP programs.
Complete and properly fill out packaging area batch records
Ensure that all bags are clean and properly sealed.
Check lot numbers and expiration dates and other important information.
Stack boxes on pallets, ensuring that they are presentable and ready for shipment.
Take out completed pallets into the warehouse.
Put labels pallets and tape them securely.
Weigh out boxes for accuracy prior to printing lot numbers.
Put lot numbers on boxes and adjusts as needed.
Keep track of completed pallets and take out sample boxes and sample pouches.
Bring in wooden pallets of Super Sacks to room and take out completed boxes.
Assist machine operators as needed.
