We are seeking an Awning, Solar Panel, Building Cleaning Tech to join our small family-business. This is a 3rd shift position that includes evening work from 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning services of awnings on commercial properties
Perform professional window washing services 1st and 2nd story buildings only
Perform pressure washing of sidewalks, building facades
Perform cleaning of commercial solar array systems over parking lots and on rooftop mounts
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Skills/Abilities:
Current drivers license in good standing
Able to handle physical workload
Able to safely lift 65 + lbs. over head
Able to conduct repetitive actions, such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling and reaching
Strong attention to detail
Pride of workmanship
Experience hooking-up and driving a single axle trailer (preferred)
Experience pressure washing and water reclamation management (preferred)
Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields (preferred)
Experience operating lift equipment such as scissor lifts and boom lifts (preferred)
