JOB DETAILS
Weekly pay
Hourly: $22.00 an hour
Monday - Friday position - Saturday work as needed.
Jobsite Locations: San Diego and surrounding areas.
Jobsite locations are never guaranteed. We go to where the work dictates. You may be transferred between jobs at any time for any reason.
QUALIFICATIONS
Be at least 18 years of age
Have at least 2 years of experience in general labor/ construction
Experience operating a forklift, scissor lift and boom lift
Have jeans, plain t-shirts, and work boots (PPE provided if hired by JT Resources)
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the jobsites
Have the ability to perform physical activities requiring considerable use of hands, arms, legs, and whole body for climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling of materials
Have the ability to stand, sit, walk, crawl, kneel, work in small spaces, and carry materials up to 25-50 lbs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather direction from the client and attend any required safety meetings.
Ensure team members sign in on timesheet accurately and provide form to client for approval.
Inspect work progress, equipment, and site to ensure safety expectations are met.
Ensures work assigned to team is completed on time, safely and effectively.
Load, unload, identify building materials, machinery, work tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications (moving materials)
Ensure the job site is clean and organizes, removing trash and debris as needed.
Put up and take down temporary fencing and lighting
Digging trenches / Assistance to other trade workers
Traffic control / Dust control
Operate the forklift, scissor lift, boom lift.
Other tasks as assigned
