DP Glass Co. is welcoming hungry and motivated individuals to be apart of our glazing team.
We are looking to hire long term installers for commercial glass and glazing. We are an excellent company to get in with, once our employees are hired they do not leave. Experience in doors/ hardware/ storefronts/ curtainwall/ windows/ guardrails/ herculite/ blueprint reading/ shop drawings is preferred. DP Glass Co. hires a lot of carpenters and trades with layout experience which transfers very well to this job. New hires have the ability to grow quickly into a foreman or superintendent to lead crews of 2-4 or 8 respectively.
DPG works about half the year on prevailing wage projects where glaziers will earn $60+/Hr due to the government mandated prevailing wages. If you are looking to build a career with a fast growing company, please apply immediately. We need 2-3 glazier/installers at the moment but will consider more as we get busier. Our current backlog is 1.5 years of work and we are still actively bidding every day.
Currently we are looking for individuals with little experience so that we can teach you from the ground up. Light construction experience would be very helpful. Experienced glaziers are also encouraged to apply.
Our current benefit package includes full medical/dental/vision, 401k, and accrued vacation after probationary period ends. We have a boot allowance and a lot of tools to help get on your feet. We want people who will help build our strong team culture and who comes to work every day with their game face.
Rates depending on experience, but anywhere between $20-$40/hr up to salaried positions with bonus structures.
