About this position
SeeScan is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the health and appearance of the landscaping at our facilities.
This position pays $20/hour or more, depending on experience.

In this position, you will
Maintain the grounds, exterior buildings, and landscape
Maintain proper care of equipment and supplies
Maintain irrigation control valves and wirings
Help with fertilizing, trimming, pruning, mowing, edging, and weed control
Pick up trash and wash exterior areas
Remove and/or replace any dead or dying plants, flowers, or shrubs
Operate gas and electric carts, forklift and other landscaping equipment
Perform other related duties as assigned
Your background
3+ years’ related experience in facility grounds maintenance
Experience in a multi-unit environment preferred
Helpful knowledge and experience
Fruit trees and vines
Roses
Organic approaches and products
Pest control
About you
Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record
Willing to pitch in wherever needed and work at a quick pace
Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
Able to work independently and as a team
Able to speak and understand English
Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
