Position 1: Experienced Painter
Starting Pay: $25/hr with 1-month evaluation for raise to $27/hr
Requirements:
Skilled in spray application
Knowledge of different sheens and products
Ability to close jobs on schedule with quality finish
Position 2: Painter’s Helper
Starting Pay: $18/hr with 1-month evaluation for raise to $20/hr
Requirements:
Experience with masking and cleaning
Basic painting experience preferred, but not required
Willingness to learn and grow into advanced painting skills
