Job Posting: Full-Time Maintenance Technician
Position Overview: Join our team as a Full-Time Maintenance Technician and play a vital role in keeping our apartment complex running smoothly! If you’re skilled in general maintenance and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Unit Turnovers: Prepare apartments for new residents, ensuring they are clean and functional.
(400 unit Apartment Complex)
General Maintenance: Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property in excellent condition.
Painting and Drywall: Handle painting projects and drywall repairs as needed.
Door Repairs: Repair or install doors and sliding closet doors to ensure proper functionality.
Fixture Repairs: Repair or replace fixtures throughout the complex.
Plumbing: Manage plumbing tasks including snaking drains, fixing toilets, dishwashers, and garbage disposals, as well as caulking and brazing.
Electrical Work: Replace outlets, switches, and ceiling fans as required.
Appliance Installation: Troubleshoot and install appliances, including garbage disposals, dishwashers, and window A/C units.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-4 years of maintenance experience preferred; we’re happy to train the right candidate!
HVAC experience is a plus.
Must have reliable transportation and your own tools.
Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic.
Bilingual skills preferred for enhanced communication.
Excellent customer service skills to foster great resident relationships.
Compensation:
Competitive Pay: Earn between $23 - $28 per hour, based on your experience.
Flexible Schedule: Choose between a 9 AM - 6 PM, Tuesday - Saturday schedule or a Monday - Friday schedule.
