We are hiring dedicated and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team for ongoing cleaning opportunities in a downtown San Diego hotel. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
This is an independent contractor position.
Details:
Schedule: Work available 6 days a week. (You can choose what days you want)
Units: A mix of same-day and non-same-day check-ins. Cleaners will handle multiple units daily.
Supplies: All cleaning supplies will be provided. Excluding mop & vacuum.
Pay Structure:
Studio Units: $40 per unit
1 Bed, 1 Bath Units: $50 per unit
2 Bed, 2 Bath Units: $60 per unit
Training Requirements:
Each new cleaner will complete a minimum of 4 units alongside a staff member to ensure familiarity with the workflow and cleaning expectations.
Training Pay: $20/hour
Qualifications:
Prior cleaning experience is preferred
Ability to maintain high cleaning standards in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation to downtown San Diego.
Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
