Pay starts at $18.50 per hour

Summary: Cleans and maintains the building’s common area property by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Sorts, counts, folds, marks, or carries linens.
Replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses and writing supplies.
Cleans the Guest Suites, lobby, lounge, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, guest suites and stairways.
Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor.
Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
Dusts furniture.
Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays.
Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
Replenishes bathroom supplies.
