Pay: 55% of each Swift Clean referral job + tips (paid weekly)
Swift Clean is looking for experienced independent contractor cleaners in North County (Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos, Oceanside). Set your own schedule, choose your preferred service areas, and earn 55 percent of each referral. Referral work includes standard cleans, deep cleans, move in or out jobs, vacation rentals, and light commercial spaces.
(This is a 1099 contract position, not a W-2.)
Requirements:
2+ years of cleaning experience (preferred)
Reliable car & cleaning supplies
Liability insurance (can add Swift Clean)
Smartphone for app access
Must pass a background check
