Work alongside our Installation Lead to deliver exceptional, high-end aluminum louvered roof systems that turn outdoor spaces into luxurious retreats. Duties and responsibilities

Installing aluminum, louvered, custom motorized luxury patio covers.

Maintain daily paperwork and correspondence to HE and OE standards.

Maintain excellent use of all tools and equipment.

Maintain healthy relationships with management, co-workers, shipping companies and vendors.

Keep track of all equipment and supplies taken to the job site and make sure the equipment is returned to the shop.

Show up to work on time and ready to work consistently.

Qualifications

Minimum two (2) years’ experience in the construction / Remodeling Trade

Familiar with all basic hand tools, Impact Drivers, Drills, Saws.

Be able to lift 100 lbs.

Current & Clean California Driver’s License

Reliable transportation

Desired Experience:

Working with structural concrete, setting & pouring footings.

Installation of Windows, Doors and Awnings.

Light electrical/low voltage wiring.

Framing/construction experience a plus.

Cutting / manufacturing or working with aluminum or other metals.

Experience with a Genie Lift a plus.

Working conditions

Projects are located throughout San Diego County with a typical 5 day install, driving is required.

This position requires the incumbent to continuously bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry manufacturing materials and supplies weighing 50-100 pounds or more.

The normal workday is from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, 40 Hours a week some overtime required.

Physical requirements

The majority of work is completed on the job sites. While in the shop, all of the normal hazards will prevail including noise, dust, falling objects and any of the other dangers that occur on a construction site. Must always wear personal protective gear correctly. The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations. The ability to lift over 50-100 pounds.
