Installer Grab Bars and Hand Rails – Part Time
We are a stable family owned business installing grab bars and hand rails for fourteen years. We help seniors stay safely in their own homes. The top candidates will have patience, a positive attitude, good communication skills and be experienced with hand tools. Ideal for those who want to be “semi-retired,”
This installer will work primarily in northern San Diego County. We provide hands on training, a work vehicle and all tools.
Installation Technician Responsibilities:
Traveling to customers' homes or place of business in company owned vehicle
Meeting with clients and inspecting sites to determine the most appropriate support solutions.
Installing grab bars and handrails
Cleaning up after the job is complete.
Recording and maintaining stock levels.
Maintaining the work vehicle.
Qualifications and skills:
Capable of independent work.
The ability to use various hand tools and power tools
Ability to solve problems on site
Effective communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to crouch, kneel and work in small areas.
Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record
Background check and drug screen a condition of employment.
