Job Opportunity: Installers & Helpers for Countertop Projects
About the Role:
We are seeking skilled Installers and Helpers to join our team, specializing in the installation of granite, marble, and quartz countertops for kitchens and bathrooms, as well as shower surrounds in both residential and commercial settings.
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience. Compensation may be higher for candidates with 10+ years of experience, depending on skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install high-quality countertops and other surfaces with precision.
- Utilize hand and power tools for fabrication and installation.
- Complete daily projects efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain accountability for the quality of work and project completion.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy and awkward-sized slabs.
- Proficiency with power tools.
- Capability to drive a company vehicle.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, with a start time between 6:00 am and 6:30 am. (Possible schedule of 4 days/10hrs available as well)
- Standard workday of 8-10 hours or until project completion.
