Janitor Wanted – Full-Time
Luxury residential building in La Jolla is seeking a reliable, hardworking Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting)
Clean and sanitize restrooms, workout room, and common areas
Empty trash and recycling bins
Report maintenance or repair needs
Follow safety and cleaning protocols
Assist Maintenance Team when needed
The foregoing is an example of some of the duties of the job. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Requirements:
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 8 am- 4:30 pm
Compensation: $17.75 per hour
