Janitorial Position Available
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Janitorial Employee with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the janitorial field. This position requires proficiency in both English and Spanish, and the candidate must be skilled in training, floor and window cleaning, and upholding safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist on various projects and inspections.
Provide training to new and existing staff.
Recommend additional services to clients as needed.
Direct reporting to management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in janitorial work.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Familiarity with janitorial tasks such as floor and window cleaning.
Ability to train and lead a team.
Compensation:
The position offers $20 per hour depending on experience (DOE), with potential for bonuses.
