Seeking part-time janitor/porter to cover basic cleaning and building maintenance needs at a mobilehome park in Encinitas, CA. Position involves opening in the morning and closing in the evening all park building facilities on weekends, holidays and each evening and being on-call for any emergencies. Hours may vary. 10-15 weekly hours per week.
