Now Hiring: Plumber or Electrician
MA Properties, a licensed General Contractor and Property Management company based in Del Mar, is looking to add a young, reliable professional to our team. We welcome applicants who have some experience with plumbing, electrical, or are skilled in both trades. (A license is not required.)
Type of Work Includes:
Plumbing: relocate shower valves, install/replace toilets, sinks, faucets, water heaters, etc.
Electrical: replace outlets, switches, and light fixtures; relocate switches/outlets; basic wiring tasks.
Requirements:
Must be legally allowed to work in the United States.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must clearly state whether you own:
A car (for transportation to job sites).
Tools (plumbing/electrical).
