We small company starting to scale and are looking to hire Journeyman and Apprentice electricians in the San Diego area with commercial and residential experience. We are also looking for Solar Technicians/Installers. Mainly individuals who already have their Journeyman card or for apprentices with their ET card. For journeymen we want at least a minimum of 5 years of experience. For apprentices we want a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Journeyman Electrician Requirements:
Current State Journeyman’s License
Recent experience performing electrical installations in a commercial setting
Your own tools, transport and PPE(safety gear)
Must be familiar with updated NEC codes
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints
Solar Installers must have:
Your own tools and transport
Working knowledge and experience with roof mounts, penetrations and flashing, building racking.
Experience working safely on a roof;
Running and bending conduit and proper attachment methods is a plus
Hanging/wiring inverter is a plus
Wiring solar array is a plus
Troubleshooting skills with common electrical issues related to residential solar is a plus
Experience installing batteries is a plus.
