We are looking to add a technician to our team, experience is not necessary we
will provide paid training. The ideal candidate must be punctual, reliable, responsible, honest
and eager to learn and grow. You must be able to take orders and work in a team, as well as
be able to work independently. We currently have a position open for exhaust cleaning
technician.
Duties:
Assist lead technician with completion of commercial kitchen exhaust cleanings. Must meet
NFPA 96 standards and OSHA complaint.
Standard operating procedures are as follow: cover all cooking equipment, hang plastic, hand
scrape, apply degreaser, pressure wash, detail, polish and clean up job site. Will occasional
assist with filter exchange and exhaust system repairs.
Qualifications:
Have a valid CA drivers license and clean driving record
Able to pass drug test
Be dependable; punctual at all times, understand and follow safety plans and procedures
Be able to work in different types of weather conditions
Be able to complete work projects from start to finish, with limited supervision
Have good communication skills; able to communicate well with customers and take direction
from other team members.
Be open to feedback
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must be eager to learn, move up and make more money.
Requirements:
Must be able to safely climb ladders
Must be able to work in tight spaces
Must be able to carry 50 pounds minimum of 75 feet
Ability to sit, squat and kneel
Be able to stand for several hours at a time
Attention to detail is a must
