Rink Tech Assistant
This position is part-time (up to 24-40 hours) with opportunities to become a Rink Technician. The individuals we seek must have good self-drive and good attention to detail. No prior knowledge of rink operations is necessary but an interest in hockey and skating will go a long way. Training will include: Handing out skates, sharpening skates, scorekeeping, assisting customers however needed to provide a great experience, maintaining rink cleanliness, assisting Rink Technicians and Directors with specific tasks.
Pro Shop Cashier
This position is primarily based in our Pro Shop where customer service is very important. Duties will include selling skating merchandise, signing up/promoting rink programs, handling reservations, helping customers with questions and supporting directors with specific tasks within the Pro Shop. Training is included.
Skate Counter/ Skate Guard
The primary role of this position is to help ensure safety and excellent customer service within the rink. Must be able to ice skate for this position. On the ice, you will help customers who may be new to skating ensuring each guest is given a great experience. Off the ice, you will help hand out and put away rental skates and continuing to assist customers. Also responsible for keeping the facility clean and neat. Mostly weekend and holiday shifts.
