Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Landscaping Crew Members to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, background in landscaping or construction and a passion for organic gardening.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of landscaping tasks, including planting, trimming, mowing, and maintaining gardens and lawns using organic practices.
Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Assist with the installation of hardscapes, such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls, while promoting environmentally friendly practices.
Follow project plans and specifications to ensure high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and in accordance with organic standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients regarding project updates and requirements.
Qualifications:
MUST have great attitude :)
Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or related fields is required.
Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and sustainability.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
