Position: Building Maintenance Technician
Pay: $26/hr
Benefits Include:
Up to $300 bonus after the probationary period
$500 monthly car/gas allowance
Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday (on-call every other Sunday)
Locations:
6 laundromats in Escondido
1 in San Marcos
2 in Fallbrook (located next to each other)

A building maintenance technician at Grande Laundry Management is responsible for keeping our laundromats in top condition by handling general maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep. We’re looking for someone who’s mechanically inclined, a problem solver, and eager to learn. You don’t need to know everything—just be willing to figure things out and grow with us!
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and repair swamp coolers to ensure proper functionality
Perform painting and touch-ups on walls, rails, and other areas
Install and maintain signs, banners, and door magnets
Handle minor repairs to flooring, doors, and general building needs
Keep laundromats organized and well-maintained
Track and order supplies as needed
Report maintenance updates and issues to management
What We’re Looking For
A detail-oriented perfectionist who takes pride in their work
Basic understanding of plumbing, and electrical systems
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Physically able to lift heavy items and work on ladders
