Lead Window Installer
Work schedule: Monday thru Friday, 7:45am start; ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
Responsibilities include: Install retrofit windows and sliding glass doors, including performing custom work as needed, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to company quality standards. Manage assistant installer and serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, ensuring customer satisfaction. Organize and oversee projects from conception to completion, including preparing materials, managing schedules, and tracking inventory. Monitor job sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and adhere to proper construction techniques.
Qualifications needed: Valid driver's license with a clean record. Expert experience with window and door installation. Ability to lead and mentor a crew. Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills. Good communication skills with customers and coworkers. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work from ladders.
