Looking for a construction helper to support our operations at the construction company. We currently have 17 vacancies for this role.
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in the assembly of manufactured housing on-site under the supervision of a Construction Crew Lead.
Carry out manual labor tasks within assigned areas and ensure cleanliness and organization of the site.
Utilize tape measures and interpret blueprints and orders as necessary for task completion.
Communicate effectively with coworkers to facilitate smooth workflow.
Utilize a variety of hand, air, and electrical tools to accomplish assigned duties.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required; extensive training provided for all employees.
Capable of performing physical tasks and lifting heavy objects as needed.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced team members.
Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
Proficiency in basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
