The Maintenance Technician is an essential part of all preventive, corrective and deferred maintenance plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for completion of general maintenance tasks, including; work orders and prepare vacant units for prospective residents
Basic knowledge of equipment functions
Exceptional safety skills
Multi-family community experience preferred
Provide professional customer service at all times.
