What You'll Do:
Perform maintenance and repair tasks, including:
Plumbing, painting, and electrical work
Drywall, carpentry, and unit turnovers
Doors, windows, and general maintenance
Assist with property upkeep and repairs
What We're Looking For:
Dependable and ready to work
Experience in maintenance, repairs, or handyman work
Strong communication skills - bilingual is a plus!
Basic computer skills - for work orders and reports
Valid CA Driver's License and auto insurance
Availability for some weekends
Own vehicle and necessary tools
