- Monday - Friday
- 7 am to 3:30 pm
- $28 - 30/hr
- Project-based 2- 4 weeks
Job Qualifications
- Must be skilled in TIG welding, spot and stud welding
- Must have 2+ years of recent TIG welding experience
- Knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Welding certification is a plus.
Job Details
- Use TIG techniques to fabricate an array of structural parts
- Fabricates, and repairs metal (aluminum, steel, and stainless steel) with appropriate welding techniques
- Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine the appropriate welding process
- Inspects completed welds to engineering drawings for accuracy and structural soundness
- Mark or tag materials with job numbers, piece marks, and other necessary identifiers
- Follow work instructions and use fixtures as required
- Inspect workpieces for defects and measure accurately
