Paragon Pool Services is a locally owned company that takes pride in keeping commercial and residential pools clean, safe, and sparkling year-round. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Cleaning Technician to join our team.
What You’ll Do
Service commercial and residential pools on an established route
Skim, vacuum, brush, and balance water chemistry
Perform filter cleanings and salt cell cleanings
Handle chemical deliveries and ensure proper storage and usage
Clean baskets, pumps, and maintain equipment
Report issues and upsell maintenance services when appropriate
Provide excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For
Experience preferred but not required (we provide training)
Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round
Attention to detail and strong work ethic
Friendly, professional attitude with clients
